us
First contact:
- If you have decided that you want a custom software solution for your
company and you'd like to outsource
this, you can simply contact us by email or
phone.
- We'll decide together which is the
best time for a metting if this is possible (maybe
we are too far from your company - your company is too far
from Romania). If not, it's enough to get some specifications about
your project by email.
Sugestions, estimations,
negociations:
- Based on your specifications we'll
try to provide the best solution. Also we'll provide you
some suggestions, suggestions that you are free to follow or
not.
- In a few days since we have got
your specifications we'll send you an offer that contains :
the steps we should follow in the project development, costs
of each step and time we need to spend on each step or
module.
- It follows a meeting face to face
or a virtual one (IM, email) so we can negociate the
price.
- If we
agreed on a price we'll sign a contract (including
NDA).
First
payment , the work on
the project:
- If the project is small (less
than one month) we'll negociate the price on a project basis and
we'll reguire no upfront. All the amount should be paid by you
only when the project is ready. We'll send you
the source code, the compiled application and the distribution of
your application only when you have paid.

We can ask for an upfront, that
in case the project is larger (more than one month
of work) and you have decided to pay our services
just when we have accomplished the development.
- For a large project, project that involves months
of work, the most confortable way is the monthly payment. Getcoder sends you
an invoice every month, invoice you should cover in
10 days. When your wire hit our accounts we'll
send you the sources and everything related, with date when
the invoice was sent to you.

Weekly, you'll get also a progress
report. Sure you are welcome to get involved in the
project development with feedbacks and testings.
- Our prices cover 3.5..10
Euro/hour range,
depending
on the complexity of your project, the size of the
project - a large project involves a lower hourly
rate.
Guarantees, copyrights
and privacy:
- Getcoder can't ask for any copyrights for any
of the custom software projects paid by any client.
Getcoder recommends to you to register your
software to authorities.
- Based on the project size and what you have negociated, Getcoder can gurantee
its work and maintains the project. This is
very important if we are talking about a software
application. When testing the application on a real scenario
we can discover leaks or parts of the project that
needs tweaks.
- Getcoder offers privacy about the
client names, on the
project name and also on the project codes. On your request, Getcoder
can delete from its backups all your project sources
after the project is over.
Important - The prices are listed
in Euro and it not contain VAT. Getcoder is open to negociate any of
these prices with any client.
